President & General Convener
The inspiring journey of the Pala Blood Forum began in 1988, rooted in a simple yet profound act of kindness. Our Founder and General Convener, Shibu Thekkemattam, initiated this philanthropic mission by donating blood to a nun who was his former teacher.
What started in Kozhuvanal with the support of a few friends as the 'Kozhuvanal Raktadana Sena' (Kozhuvanal Blood Donation Army), gradually expanded over the decades into the robust network we see today as the Pala Blood Forum.
